3 Lab monkeys still on the loose

A group of rhesus monkeys was being transferred when the truck crashed and overturned.

This isn’t the type of spillage anyone wants to deal with, but the good news is they might not be infected after all.

Five other rhesus monkeys were killed after Mississippi officials were told they had hepatitis c, herpes and covid.

The truck was carrying 21 research monkeys from Tulane National Biomedical Research Center.
