OJ Simpson’s youngest son is at the center of the latest court drama involving his estate. Justin Simpson, who reportedly got into real estate years ago, moved into OJ’s house and attorneys for the estate say that he refuses to move.

On the flip side, Justin says his company, Primary Holdings, purchased the house to protect OJ’s financial interests and keep it safe from creditors therefore he owns it and has every right to live in it.

Justin owns another home nearby, but says this one is his too.

OJ Simpson died in April of 2024 from prostate cancer.
